You can create nail decals by using the tattoo decal paper from the tattoo kits.
Follow the directions from the manufacturer, except instead of making tattoos you will be making nail decals. Keep in mind the size of nails.
After you place the decal on your nail you will need to seal it with a clear top coat of nail polish. |
