Tips & Tricks
Reunion Name Tags\
Everyone got a scream (or squeal) out of these.

I took our high school pictures from our senior yearbook (our which ever yearbook had their pic) and placed them on their name tag. I then made guest cards with the guest’s name on it (if I knew it, if I did not I left it blank to be filled out at the reunion) with the statement guest of… and the alumnus’s name and picture.

As an extra bonus for any alumni that married another alumni (same or different year) I placed their senior year photo and year they graduated on it. It was great to see the reaction everyone had at the sign in table.

Before I laminated the name tags I printed a nice background on the back of the tags. I did not laminate the guest cards that did not have a name yet.

I did provide extra tags and laminate sheets for any unexpected guests (which we had plenty of), at the sign in desk.
