Tips & Tricks| Memorabilia Table (Corner)\
| For my reunion we put some of our high school memorabilia on a table in the corner of the hall.
We had a screen up next to the table to hang a few of our school and class t-shirts, graduation cap and gown, and a poster of the water tower we painted in senior year.
On the table we placed all the yearbooks from kindergarten to senior year (from all the schools in our in the district), booklets from the plays we did at school, and newspaper clippings about our class.
The paperback yearbooks, play booklets, and newspaper clippings were all placed under glass to protect them. The hard covered yearbooks were propped up towards the back of the table.
We had photocopied all of our class pictures from every yearbook (including the color copies of the covers) and placed them in a binder. We made 5 copies of the binder (so that more than one person could review it at a time) and placed them all on top of the glass on the table.
People were able to look at pictures of themselves, friends, and their spouses as the grew up over the years without the possibility of ruining the original yearbook. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the glimpses into the past.
** We made copies by scanning in each page and printing them out either on a laser printer or color printer. They looked better than making copies on a copier.
** Since we scanned each page in, we were able to include each of the yearbooks in a digital version of our memory book.
